Exagym are a well established product oriented business selling a high touch, high involvement product in a hyper-competitive industry and across several market segments. After hearing our Director Craig talk at a marketing convention they asked us to help them meet the challenge of more competition, declining sales and slimmer margins. Did we mention while all this was going on their advertising costs were blowing out!? Sound familiar?

the tactics
Within a few months of the brief we had identified keyword opportunities not being exploited by their competition and strategies to capture search engine rankings for the common search terms. We developed and comprehensive search engine advertising campaign that covered specific categories and products. After reviewing their Google web analytics we also identified some easily implemented conversion rate optimisation tactics to convert more visitors into inbound enquiries.

Now a year down the track they're still a favourite yet very challenging client of ours. Each day we see new online competition and price pressures. However both parties know that there is no going back and marketing online is here to stay - so we continue to get them found whilst they tell their story.
